After spending a few nights here, I appreciated how close we were to iconic spots like the castle and the vibrant Time Out Market, making it super easy to explore the city without needing transportation. the friendly reception staff also helped us navigate our itinerary with great recommendations, which made our experience even better.

The location of this place is insane. So close to everything, walking distance to so many attractions, and the hotel bar? Perfect way to unwind after a long day.

I was charmed by the elegant decor throughout the hotel, which complemented its stunning location just a few minutes from key attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, the air conditioning in our room could have worked better, as it struggled to provide adequate cooling.

Our stay was fantastic! We explored the nearby Rossio Square and the beautiful Alfama district. The staff was super friendly, and the location couldn't have been better for getting around. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering various options each morning. I would definitely recommend this place for a fun group getaway!

The shower setup also felt off. it's ridiculously slippery without a non-slip mat. Add in some cramped bathroom dimensions where the toilet paper holder intrudes into seating space, and it turned out to be quite uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast setup was disappointing. the area feels crowded and cramped, and it can take ages to find a seat, leaving you waiting before you even start your meal. Lastly, Wi-Fi connectivity was hit-or-miss throughout my stay, making it tough to stay connected.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location stands out. it's just a short walk to Praça do Comércio and the Alfama district. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with double glazed windows, which helped block out the street noise. I appreciated the kettle for making tea, a nice touch for us Brits. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold dishes, all fresh and tasty. The staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly, making the mornings pleasant. However, I did notice that cleaning staff sometimes forgot to restock coffee supplies in the room and didn’t clean it one day until the afternoon. This inconsistency could be improved. Also, there was a strange smell in the room upon entry that lingered. The layout of the bathroom didn't provide much privacy due to the glass door. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but there are definitely areas that could use some attention.

Wow, the local eats near Turim are a feast for the senses! You can't miss the grilled sardines at that Traditional Portuguese restaurant just a hop away, and the seafood at O Sopinhas was simply divine. Plus, the breakfast spread at the hotel was a solid way to kick off the day with fresh pastries. What a treat!

On the flip side, the room felt a bit crusty, and the air conditioning was more of a tease, offering little relief. They also forgot my free water on two nights—what's up with that? Even with these quirks, Lisbon's charm shines through.

The location of this hotel is just fantastic! We loved exploring the nearby shops and cafes. Plus, our room was spotless and very comfortable. On our last night, we were pleasantly surprised when we found a bottle of wine in our room, which made our stay even more special.

I had a fabulous 4-night stay with a superior double room! The food was superb, especially the breakfast, and the shower had great pressure. I would absolutely come back!
